I was looking at a list of track days coming up in September. I see that Oulton park has the most expensive price of them all at 299. I have never been there... why are they more expensive than the rest?

There are other days and events that they run. That particular day happens to be the day after the Gold Cup at the park. Are you sure that is not the price on that day?

Oulton Park is a Great Circuit and also has great facilities, Great garages.

As a circuit is is quiet expensive to hire hence doing a day there will cost more than say Cadwell or Snetterton. However it is money well spent.
If you book a day there have a look for the extras that you may have to pay, as some Company's charge for Garages, Photography and Tuition which can add say £75 on to your bill.
It is a Great track and you will have a Great Time !
